HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email to service@eukick.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and with the Eukick's tags attached.

Product Check

At Dekicks, we ensure that every pair of sneakers we offer meets the highest quality standards. Every pair of shoes is inspected in detail as it leaves our network of authorized retailers, where we carefully check for fading, dirt or stains, oxidation and more in our facilities. We don't miss any detail - from uppers, soles, insoles, laces, to shoe boxes, we thoroughly inspect every item to make sure your order arrives looking like it's fresh out of the box.

[Shoe box (dents, etc.) - Foreign labels are also acceptable]
Dented or damaged shoe boxes will not be shipped to our customers. Please note that because we work with a network of trusted authorized retailers from over 50 countries, the products you purchase may have foreign labels on them. Our team conducts checks to ensure that these labels comply with the standard labels of every brand across the globe.

 

[scratches]
Dekicks Check the uppers for scratches to make sure your sneakers aren't scratched by leather or suede. We check for tears, scuffs and any minor scratches and any found will be returned to the retailer immediately.

 

[Oxidation]
Some shoes will turn yellow over time due to improper care or storage. We inspect each pair to ensure the color is new and there are no visible signs of oxidation.

 

[stain]
Every pair of sneakers ordered through Dekicks is thoroughly inspected for any changes to the upper to ensure there are no stains on the shoe. If we discover any stains, no matter how big or small, the shoes will be shipped immediately back to the retailer for replacement rather than being shipped to you.

 

[dirt]
We make sure every pair of sneakers we ship is brand new with no scuffs or scuffs, so we check the uppers and soles for any signs of dirt, including any glue marks.

 

[fade]
The Dekicks quality control team inspects each pair of shoes individually and in pairs to ensure there are no color differences or fading in the uppers (such as tone differences between the left and right shoes). We also check for signs of fading on the tongue, back, or sole.

 

[tear]
Sneakers with creases or tears on the upper will not pass our quality control testing and will not be shipped to you.

 

[Shoelaces (rips, etc.)]
Dekicks inspects each pair of shoelaces to make sure they are brand new and not frayed, or that any part of the shoelaces is yellowed.
